익스트림 메틀의 변방

칠레 출신의 2인조

포크/둠 블랙메틀 밴드입니다.

 

데뷔앨범 ≪Sounds Of Pain≫(2005) 이후

우리나라에서 관심이 상당하여

웹 서핑하며 샘플 곡만 들어도

앨범 전곡을 들어볼 수 있을 정도였죠.

 

이 앨범은 진한 서정적 사운드로

우리나라에서 많은 팬층을 확보한 앨범으로,

초기 디지팩 500장에는

1998년 EP ≪Laments≫의 4번 트랙

'Surendered To The Decadence, Part Ⅱ'가

보너스 트랙으로 포함됐습니다.

 

2007년에 앨범

≪Lamentos A Poema Muerto≫가 발매되었는데,

구하지 못했고,

샘플곡을 들어보니 포크/둠 블랙메틀의 걸작인

1집 ≪Laments≫(1998)에 이어

엄청난 완성도를 느낄 수 있었는데,

이들의 사운드는 어쿠스틱한

슬픈 멜로디의 기타에

나지막이 들려오는 그로울링은

심금을 울립니다.
